Hajime is our Omakase tasting menu.

Hajime (はじめ) is the Japanese word meaning "beginning" or "genesis."

Our tasting menu, Hajime, embodies this meaning as we explore new ideas, flavors, and textures in Japanese cuisine by incorporating a modernist touch using traditional Japanese techniques from the sushi bar to the binchotan.

7 or 15 course tastings with optional sake and wine pairings.
